What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, e-mail or at a branch, we collect what you share with us: your name and contact details, and your child's name, age and the concerns you describe. If your child joins a programme, we also keep assessment, session and progress records, and billing details.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange the Nadi Intelek Assessment (NIA), plan and deliver your child's programme, report progress to you, issue invoices and receipts, and meet our legal and regulatory duties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed to deliver our services (for example, a programme sponsor or school that you ask us to work with), with service providers who support our systems under confidentiality, or where the law requires.

Children's photos

We publish photos of children only with written consent from a parent or guardian, and we never publish a child's name or diagnosis.

How long we keep it

We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, then dispose of them securely.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct your personal data, or limit how we use it. E-mail sales.nimsb@gmail.com and we will respond within 21 days.

Online forms

When you book a free screening on this website, your details are stored securely by our website host (Netlify) and sent to our Sales team by e-mail. We use them only to arrange the screening and follow up with you.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and Kedai Neuro follow those services' own privacy policies.
